thank god for tubo tax

I will always use this system, it feels safe and accurate.
What's great about it: keep me on track
What's not so great: dowlaoding slow
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

This is easy to use and prompts me to think about other deductions I wouldn't think of. I love that I don't have to pay a middle man. The best part of it the experience is not having any pressure to finish in fear of program timing out.
What's great about it: Easy
What's not so great: none

I wish that Turbo Tax made the end part easier when one files late for Federal & State. The guidance could have been better.

at last step, wouldn't let me print my returns

as i was trying to say in cons, it wouldn't let me finish the return, saying the forms weren't ready (it's 2015 and i'm doing the 2013 taxes!!!) w/ a LOT of looking and clicking and frustration, finally i saw someone else had the problem and they said to close the other things, take the CD out of the computer and then it will enable you to finish the forms. very frustrating!
but on the whole before this, turbo tax has made doing taxes easy!
What's great about it: covers all in details and walks you thru it
What's not so great: at the very end it wouldn't let me print my taxes + i'm a year late - said it didn't have the forms yet!!! finally

could've been a little clearer up front

if you could add an alert that we need to remove the turbo tax CD before we can finish the tax return and after removing shut it down, THEN we can finish... I was very frustrated last night trying to figure how to finish it, it kept saying don't have the forms. (well, 1 1/2 yrs is time enough to have the forms!) FINALLY i saw someone's review that told that we must remove the CD on mac.
overall tho turbo tax is a good program and walks us thru quite easily. (if we do have questions to ask, not sure where that would be)
What's great about it: it gets me thru tax season w/out a major headache!
What's not so great: this year, unclear that u need to remove CD before you can finish
