Spannhake 2014 Turbo Tax Experience

Totally bungled the Ohio School District filing. We elected to pay the School District tax by paper, but e-file the return. Instead of printing the payment voucher, SD-100 was printed and Turbo Tax set up the payment as an ACH Debit (we had elected direct debit of State of Ohio tax payment). Had we actually wanted direct debit for the School District tax, Turbo Tax would not have printed any forms. Instead, we manually printed the Payment Voucher, sent in a check as we elected, only to find that the direct debit was processed and we double paid a large amount.
What's great about it: Quick, simple

In future will never efile with Turbo tax, not worth hassle of getting epin, just printing and sending is planned

I brought two 2014 Turbo tax CDs to file two returns. The first return went well but I could not file the state tax return until after I paid twice for the second state return e-filing it.
I had already paid the state when I brought the CD. Because I had to go oversees the next week I went ahead and paid it twice. I think you guys should have an customer center to handle complaints that mine.
There are other tax products out there that does not handle their business this way. I will try them next year.
What's great about it: Excellent Tax program
What's not so great: There are gliztes in the program when paying for state returns
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

no value in state efile

Rest assured I will NOT use state efile next year. Had I used the free online Colorado tool I would be better off. I efiled on Feb 12th, my return was accepted and then went to limbo. It took four weeks before the state acknowledged my refund, and then 6 more to process my refund. If I had used the FREE service, my refund would have been deposited within a week, instead, my bank information was not delivered, and a paper check was mailed 'tomorrow' 4/21/2015. using the free service I should have had my refund deposited by March 1st, nearly two months earlier.
What's not so great: I efiled to get the fastest most accurate return, but efile did not deliver

What's not so great: hard to find out where your return is once its been filed & accteped

Confusing!

I thought I had my return completed and submitted, when come to find out on 4/20 it wasn't filed. Now it's late. I hope next year's isn't as confusing or you've lost us as customers.
What's not so great: This was very confusing. Not like before.
