I did not know how easy it was to do. My return is not too complicated. Someone with more involved finances would need your more advanced edition.
What's great about it: clear and simple to follow but best to have everything at hand
What's not so great: Not being a geek I stumbled when I closed down and came back to it later

I think the filing fee should be removed. We paid for the software so why do we get charged a fee to file too? WIll be looking for a free e-file option next year. Hope it's with Turbo Tax but am prepared to move on...

Horrible experience

If I go through everything, how is it things get missed and need to be edited/corrected? I had a lot of trouble downloading Turbo Tax this year and then pulling it back up again. Really not happy with Turbo Tax this year.
What's great about it: not alot

What's great about it: Very easy to use
What's not so great: Needs more help with disability income features

phone help

Even though I had to phone for help the person I called was up to date with the information I needed. She was really understanding and spent time making me feel OK about what was required for me to file.
What's great about it: helpful and informed tax preparer. very good service
What's not so great: disc did not have the 1040 #'s 1-21 so I had to phone for help

Will continue to use Turbo Tax next year.
What's great about it: Format was logical. All necessary forms were autofilled.
What's not so great: Have not been able to determine status after filing on March 22.
