Easy to Use

I appreciate going through all the topics needed to find additional deductions that may be overlooked. E-File was convenient and easy. For those required to file more than 1 state return, the price of the additional state download could be lower. E-File fees could be lower per state.
What's great about it: Covers topics that may be overlooked

I must say that it was easier than last year. I would like to suggest that you give people the option to obtain both turbo tax options the CD and the online download version option and not just one or the other.
What's great about it: I liked the importing of reports from companies.
What's not so great: Some of the deduction sections.

90% of the completion process was so easy and fast. One area held up my process for 2 days.
What's great about it: Easy to understand and follow language!!!
What's not so great: completing the 1099MISC was very difficult

Free or not Free

I was under the impression I was getting a free state efile, but when I finished my return I had to pay 29.99 - with the deadline looming I paid - but feel that I got misrepresented on what was covered in the money I already spent on the software.

I had difficulties in trying to purchase and download 2014 software, website directed my to the free version and I could not transfer my files for past year. wasted to much time trying to purchase and download.
What's great about it: easy to use
What's not so great: wasted time stuck in free mode

Overall the program works very well. I've been using TurboTax for over five years and it is a great tool to have.
What's great about it: Almost everything was covered
What's not so great: Heath information needs to be improved upon greatly
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)
