Frustrating Loop

The system kept saying I entered an amount over the limit when I did not. Frustrating for 15 minutes until I checked the help section... Not terribly pleased considering it was a simple 'greater than' error.
What's great about it: Fast Until End
What's not so great: Got stuck in a loop with the CA SDI tax.

TurboTax Delxue Edition

I have been using TurboTax software for the past 8-10 years. Because it is so simple to use the software, there really is no need to go to have your taxes prepared by someone else who probably doesn't know all the possible deductions you can qualify for. Another year down with the ease of TurboTax software. Thank you!
What's great about it: Step by step walk-through on preparing taxes
What's not so great: I have yet to find any cons!

KICKED OFF 2015 WITH A BANG!..MAXIMIZED REFUND

I HAVE USED TURBO TAX AND THEN TURBO TAX DELUXE AFTER WE BOUGHT OUR HOME. I HAVE BEEN A LOYAL CUSTOMER OF THIS PRODUCT FOR YEARS. I NEVER WORRY ABOUT MY TAXES BECAUSE I HAVE TOTAL CONFIDENCE IN TURBO TAX. PEOPLE ARE SOMETIMES SHOCKED I DO MY OWN BUT I EXPLAIN TO THEM, USE TURBO TAX...ANYONE CAN ANSWER QUESTIONS WHEN THEY ARE ABOUT YOURSELF. THANK YOU TURBO TAX!
What's great about it: EASE OF THE QUESTIONS AND BEING ABLE TO ANSWER THEM OR GET EXPLANATIONS IF I HAD QUESTIONS
What's not so great: NONE

Always useful

love the software, have used for years. My only annoyance is that I file jointly with wife. We live outside any city that has tax but I only work in that city. When I go to finish state taxes I get nothing but grief over trying to file jointly for that city. I never do it that way. I manually file single for that city so i dont have to report my wife's wages, which aren't taxable to them anyway (she does not live in nor does she work there). Otherwise great product, and still saves you money over filing professionally. and finds stuff you wouldn't think of!
What's great about it: handles a LOT of areas I know little about
What's not so great: City tax form portion is buggy

I'll continue using TT as long as it remains fundamentally the same good, solid program. Good job, Intuit!
What's great about it: Still the great program it's been since I started using it in 1990. File Fed/State taxes simultaneously, unlike others.
What's not so great: None of which I'm aware.

Great Application

Great application, I have been using Turbo Tax since 2005 and have always received the largest refund due me. I have taken my taxes to a friend who is a professional tax person just to compare. Turbo Tax always got me a little more or within a dollar of the pro.
Best part is I do not have to pay hundreds of dollars to have my taxes done every year. I am able to buy once and do the entire families taxes. That alone keeps about $500 in my pocket.
What's great about it: Very Easy - Even for a newby
What's not so great: Only one free state

Great Support

Had difficulty installing this year. Technical support was fantastic. They spent 3 hours working with me. In the end it was my computer not Turbo tax. Thank you Richard for your great effort.
