WI State form not correct

I have used Turbo Tax for over 10 years and loved it. This year I had problems with the state return. I itemized the federal return and wanted to itemized the state but it chose a different form so I couldn't itemized. This resulted in only half the $ amount for deductions and us owing a lot more state tax. I tried to override it and complete the correction form but it wouldn't let me fill in all the blanks. I am going to have to file an amended return.
What's not so great: Did not fill out the correct state form.

Pay for state e-file, yet can't pay state tax

It is a very simple program to use to maximize your returns, However, I would never pay to file the state forms through Turbo tax due to the fact that you still have to print off forms and submit them to the state and you can't pay state tax electronically. I felt it was pretty misleading to offer the electronic option and not be able to satisfy the state requirements.
What's great about it: It was simple to input my information
What's not so great: very misleading in paying for state e-file yet you still have to print off forms and can't pay electronically. WASTE!

Awesome reliable software. Easy to use, quick and reilable. Made everything super easy to use and if there were any doubts or questions search tooks and hyperlinks to additional information were easily avaliable and understandable. Did everything and asked all the right questions without taking me down a different path that was not applicable to my tax return. And best of all used all the resources to get me the most out of my refund.
What's great about it: SOoooo easy to use quick and reliable. Made everything easy and understandable to get me the most out of my tax return

Worked very smoothly. Could combine interview process with filling out forms as necessary. Easy to do "What If" by opening and resaving return under a different file name, change filing conditions.
What's great about it: Imports old data easily. Flags Forms Still To Be Completed Clearly
What's not so great: Wish it would remember data for 2 tax years into the past as we double up on certain deductions (skip odd years)

I've been using Turbo Tax for many years. It gets easier each time I do it. It is extremely user friendly and dynamically convenient! I love Turbo Tax!!!!
