Since first time I used Turbo-Tax. I found it easy to follow easy to use and worth every dollar I have paid for it.
What's great about it: Easy Structure user friendly
What's not so great: none
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

No Tears At Tax Time

My federal return experience was great. However, the state return is problematic when it comes to the age deduction. I don't qualify for this deduction but am not given the option to correct this. Turbo Tax I still love you!

Turbo Tax works great, just have to be patient and read question carefully. Taxes are not easy.
What's great about it: easy to follow
What's not so great: sometimes confusing when i was rushing after work

Thanks for offering this tool to the public. Now it's possible to do my taxes myself and not have to pay for it being done.
What's great about it: easy to follow
What's not so great: Leaves me trusting that Turbo Tax knows what it's doing and I still don't

I enjoy using turbo tax .. its easy, simple to understand... they guide you through all steps... and easy to go back and make corrections or additions.... great program...
What's great about it: Easy to do... they guide you through everything... easy to u;nderstand... my fourth year using turbotax

TurboTax Again!

I have used TurboTax Deluxe (Deductions and Homeowners) forever. This year's version for tax year 2014, although some people had valid complaints, is the best version ever. Fed and State were both filed in about an hour and a half start to finish. And that includes installing the software and updating it before starting to work on my taxes!
What's great about it: Convenience, simplicity, speed
What's not so great: not free?
