Always Easy

I have been using TurboTax for at least 15-20 years and it always makes it easy to do my taxes. I have a son in college and TurboTax makes it easy to understand where I need to put all of the info I receive from the school such as loan interest, etc.
What's great about it: Ease of Use and the help sections
What's not so great: couple things in the state return were confusing

What's great about it: Turbo Tax Advisors were fabulous... Well-informed, great listening skills and very knowledgable...
What's not so great: The e-fle process needs a bit more simplification!

Processing my taxes

I will not do this next year
What's not so great: I tried to do the e-file and used my card to pay. I kept getting a msg about a problem that was fixed; wouldnt process!
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

The software steps you through the filing process so quickly I thought I had skipped a step or two. Great!

Would have been thoroughly confused!!

Because I interacted with my retirement account, I didn't realize how that would affect my income tax filing. Thank goodness for turbo tax!
What's great about it: Fast, efficient, accurate
What's not so great: None

Formerly GREAT Product has Become Buggy

The previous versions of TurboTax did the job well and with virtually no problems. They new version, with the MicroSoft Silverlight plugin has been extremely buggy and crash-prone. WHY oh WHY did you change a good product‽‽
What's great about it: It gets the job done - albeit with many crashes and updated problems
What's not so great: Frequent crashes, Buggy MicroSoft Silverlight PlugIn
