Made my taxes fairly easy

I have used Turbo Tax for many years and I have not had any problems with any of my taxes. I like the way it steps me through each item of my return and also how it takes my previous year and sets it up for the current year.
What's great about it: It helped me step through my taxes.
What's not so great: Electronic filing makes me very uneasy....last year my ELF was rejected and I lost my money I paid to file it....

It would be nice if TurboTax would not only remember all of my information from last years taxes, (which it did) BUT go the extra mile for me. I got a lot less in refunds this year. It would be nice if there was a way it would say in easy language why my taxes (refund) was different. That way I can plan accordingly and possibly make lifestyle changes this year to make my refund bigger next year. Thanks!
What's great about it: Loved how simple the questions are
What's not so great: Wish it would explain to me why my refund was so different from last year.

Easiest product I've used!!!!!!

This is the only product I use to do my taxes since I've started working in 2005. I have never had an issue and have always got the most I could out of my refund. I have even used TurboTax to show my family that they can get the exact amount back when doing them thru another company that they are paying a couple hundred dollars for them to do it. They have since been using TurboTax like I have since then.
What's great about it: Easy to use and answered questions with little helpful hints.
What's not so great: Nothing I didn't like.
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

Easiest and efficient way to do taxes. I love Turbo Tax.
What's great about it: Tutorials, and explains everything
What's not so great: I wish there was a way to itemize charitable donations faster, but it's not a big deal

EASY!!!

This is the second year I have used turbo tax and it is easy and affordable, I feel like I understand the deductions and when I am not eligible I understand why (not just a "you do not qualify" and me having to spend hours to find out why). After using this I don't know why someone would spend hundreds to do your personal taxes
What's great about it: Fast, affordable, easy
What's not so great: screen doesn't auto adjust for 1/2 screen in windows
Pros: I had a baby
