Correcting Errors

Overall program is well constructed and easy to use. Good links to definitions and information.
What's great about it: I like that the program finds possible errors.
What's not so great: Does not give enough specific detail on how to correct errors.

Worked like previous years. I was worried about the bad reviews, but my tax situation is fairly simple, so it worked fine.
What's great about it: Easy
What's not so great: Doesn't always help with questions, and intuit isn't always intuitive

Filing Made Easy = Turbo Tax 2014

I postponed my 2014 filing because I was dreading all the confusion. After I downloaded Turbo Tax 2014, the work seemed to complete itself.
The makers of Turbo Tax helped me to gather the information in a manner that made sense to me, and I consider myself an extremely organized person.
Thank you for all the free time. Now, now I can have that cup of hot tea while I relax.
What's great about it: Covers All Categories Completely
What's not so great: Personal organizational skills required before starting

Makes doing your Tax Returns less stressful by providing all the information in the program.

SO easy to use

On the income screen in the federal tax section regarding Last or Previous Year's refund, pls add that we will be offered an opportunity to add additional/multiple years on a later screen.
Please add a 'Learn More' link to explain why previous year's State refund is INCOME on the Federal return but a DEDUCTION on the State return. I always have to stop & think about that & figure it out. Takes too much time. Just tell me why so I can move on.
Thnx. Other than these 2 small items - but they would be VERY helpful updates - your program is very easy to use. I have recommended to many people over the years and I know of at least FIVE who were 'newbies' this year!! Yee-Ha!!!
What's great about it: Easy to use, walks one through EVerything
What's not so great: Multiple Yrs State Refunds, Explain about State Refunds

Great Experience. I have a great deal of trust in the accuracy of this tax package. I would recommend it to anyone.

Taxes Made Easy!

TurboTax is by far the easiest way that I've used to file my taxes. The software has all the right questions for my situation to make the most of my deductions. This year we ended up itemizing since it was a bigger deduction. If I were to calculate it manually and relied on my own judgment of what is allowed, I would have just opted for the lower standard deduction. Thanks for making my job easier!!

Lifesaver

I have used Turbo Tax for several years. Was upset I had to change computers and they couldn't migrate it. Then I realized it was in the cloud. Lifesaving that it knew address and all the old information.
What's great about it: It reminded me of things I forgot about from last year. Like the sales tax on the roof I put on.
What's not so great: Easier than in the past, but sometimes hard to figure out where you need to add something.
