e-file was terrible

I have used TurboTax for 8 years to do my taxes and have enjoyed using it every year as it was very user friendly. This year everything went smooth and was working good until it needed to be submitted. It was not clear on what was needed for a PIN or AGI number. This needs to be easier or I will not use this product again in the future.
What's great about it: very friendly entry
What's not so great: the efile continued to fail and was not a simple solution to gte it worked out.

Turbo Tax is easy to navigate for me. I have used the product for seven years and have had no problems submitting my tax return.

Easier than I thought!

This was my second time using Turbo. Only difference is that I bought a home so I was a bit afraid of doing the taxes myself. With turbo it was a piece of cake! Very thorough and easy to use. Love it!

Tax prep was pretty easy this year

Combination of Quicken and TurboTax made it much easier this year, and I also used NEAT for receipt scanning. Maybe I'll get the hang of it before I die... lol
What's great about it: Far less effort than in prior years
What's not so great: Same result - I owed... guess I need to have more withheld! :(

Clarification needed

I always struggle with the section regarding HSA. Would appreciate better wording or some explanation. Seems I am not alone on this, judging by the internet entries for help on this matter.
What's great about it: Prompts were thorough and rapid.
What's not so great: detail regarding HSA info is lacking clarification
