2014 product was flawed

terrible that you knew prod was faulty but left it on the market. i trusted because used it for years. last time using

What's not so great: needed updates but errro 42016 would not allow

The product is great, but you took the free State E-file out. Would rather have it included than pay online.

I'm Intuit, Turbo Tax makes tax time a breeze, I know I can wait until April 15th, to file because they walk you through everything.
What's great about it: Quick,easy,check and doubled checked b-4 filing
What's not so great: Sometimes to detailed, without total explaination

Previous year information was picked up so saved lots of time.
The MA exemption for bank accounts was not intuitive and the treatment of state tax return from previous year confused me. It was easy to follow as I've done for many years and will continue to do so unless life gets more complicated

What's great about it: TT makes doing your taxes easy. Anyone can do their own taxes.
What's not so great: The cost of the state taxes and then you have to pay another 20 something to file them. That is quite the ripoff!

Everything went extremely well. I had no problems that required anything other than a little further reading within the program help options.
What's great about it: Step-by-step guidance
What's not so great: Had to do some digging to figure out how to claim deductions for Scouting
