Easy as Pie

I can't see anyone this product is not right for. I know someone who is used Turbo Tax then took his returns to a professional and the Pro said his Taxes were "spot on" correct and the Pro could not find any additional deductions.
What's great about it: Step by Step is great and easy to use. eliminates the need to read IRS Publications. Plus ability to go to specific form
What's not so great: Can;t find one and been using this product for 20 years

Easy and fast

Used Turbo tax for years. Program keeps getting better.
What's great about it: step by step guided tour through your own filing
What's not so great: some items are a little harder to go back to for edit

This years software seems inferior from I used to use for the last four or five years
What's great about it: Fast to navigate
What's not so great: It jumps twosteps with just one click and some of the pages comes again and again after you take care of them previously

I like turbotax. We've been using it for years now. Used to be my husband had to do the taxes but with turbotax I'm able to do the taxes. I find that turbotax is extremely helpful, answers questions and guides you step by step. Thanks Turbo Tax!!

Pretty straight forward!

I have been using TurboTax for many years, and since moving to the States a few years ago, have begun using TuboTax for my American taxes, and it works well here too.
What's great about it: It covered the bases and led me through the complexity well.

What's great about it: Turbo Tax helps to define your financial life. I should have donated to schools.
What's not so great: Finding all of the documents because I'm not organized.

GREAT SERVICE

Customer Service help me with a couple of problems I was having with my TurboTax Deluxe program. When I called it was 04-15-2015 after 6:00pm and I had to put in my phone number for TurboTax to call me back. Well I didn't expect to hear from that night but I was wrong they called me back and help me and I was able to get my E File my return. The rep was kind, friendly,very knowledgeable and solved my problem. I would highly recommend TurboTax. Thank you TurboTax for helping me with a tedious job of filing my taxes a lot easier.
What's great about it: CUSTOMER SERVICE EXCELLENT
