I'ved used Turbox Tax for years and they're improving each year.
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

Very Convenient

I have used Turbo Tax for a number of years now and find it most convenient. I recommend purchasing the software instead of doing it all online. It makes life so much easier. Thank you folks at Turbo Tax.

Very Easy to use

I have been using TurboTax for the past 15 years and find it very easy to use. Each year it gets better. Best feature is it remembers your info from last year. A great help in remembering what you did.
What's great about it: Easy to use, remembers info from last year, does the math for you
What's not so great: A bit expensive, but worth it

My Right Hand Tax Advisor

I have done my taxes with TurboTax for the last 15 years. There is no easier way to get the accuracy and dependability in filing my taxes. You can't beat the price. I have advised my two children (20's and 30's) to use TurboTax to get their taxes done accurately.
I will continue to use TurboTax in the future and I have recommended it to all of my friends and acquaintances.

New widower w/new job

After having just lost my fiance 2 weeks ago the last thing I wanted to deal with was taxes. I had Free e-filed previously refusing to pay for a service that could be handled free. However this year I had recently changed employers, to a temporary 1099 Contractor position with no withholding I wanted to owe as little as possible and find any potential deductions TurboTax Deluxe made a task I didn't want to deal with easy and fast.
What's great about it: Simple questions
What's not so great: navigating forms for deletion
