Tax code Illiterate

Your tax software is getting better and better. Every year I have used it, you have made it more understandable. I have used it for the past 15 years. I don't understand all the tax code words and you have gotten very good about explain it and what paperwork I need to file for it. Thank you for making it easier for the average American to do their taxes with total confidence we have gotten our best refund. And now you have allowed us to efile the whole families taxes.
What's great about it: Your tutorial walk through helped me understand what I needed to use.
What's not so great: Still have a few items that need to be explained more in detail for the average American.

Entering 0 didn't work, last years AGI didn't work and when I tried to get a new pin it said enter 0 , so now what!>
What's great about it: positive review pending
What's not so great: AGI and PIN didn't work - returns not accepted and so I'm screwed

My daughter is 21 and she used it for the first time and got her friends to use it also. We will continue to use it and tell everyone we know to use it also
What's great about it: Its a great app every year it gets better

The ability to import last year's tax data saved me TONS of time.
Very pleased with how the system walks you through the tax filing process one simple step at a time.
The online help is great!

Great tool

I found using Tubotax to be easy and straight forward. It walks you though every area and gives you the opportunity to change any mistakes or omissions easily.
I highly recommend this to anyone who wants to do this by themselves and not have to go to an accountant to get their taxes filed.
What's great about it: editing and balance check features
What's not so great: NONE - Great Product!!!
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)
