Last second life saver

I have used Turbotax for many years and it keeps getting better. I always put off the process until the last minute and Turbotax always gets me filed on time. Now, if only they could get me more organized....sigh.
What's great about it: Easy and quick
What's not so great: only minor
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

What's great about it: THE STRUCTURE IS EFFICIENTLY SMOOTH
What's not so great: ALL THE OPTIONS WERE NOT ALWAYS VISIBLE.

Just last evening I was discussing the incredible advances in technology that we've seen in out lifetime (we are all over 65) and one that we both agreed on was that of taxes. TurboTax, in particulat. We all agreed ... "I don't even want to think of what it would be like without TurboTax"

Awesome Customer Service, Totally Saved ME!

Great way to save money! I had issues doing it online and called Customer Service and the guy helped me download a few things and I was done within 10 minutes and saved me like $100!!! Very satisfied!

Turbotax could not import last year return!

I did my last year return using Turbo tax.
It is on my computer, but Turbo tax could not read the return it created last year.
I had to fill out all data manually!
Very disappointed!

Came through in the pinch

Both modes are extremely useful. On the first pass, I always follow the guide, knowing that I will be asked more than enough questions to be sure all the possibilities have been explored.
On the second pass, I like the option of going straight to the section I want to revisit or explore in more depth.
It was especially helpful to be able to revisit prior year returns to remind myself how I have approached things in the past. I never uninstall old versions!
Makes procrastinating too easy!!!
What's great about it: Easy to use, Fast, Helpful.
