almost easy

great experience, except for final step--not sure how I'm going to e-file

Even if you don't know anything about taxes this program will walk you through step by step. You don't have to worry about making any mistakes. :) It's an easy program to use, it's very user friendly.
What's great about it: It walks you step by step
What's not so great: N/A, I like it.
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

Fairly easy

Wish I knew and you could of helped me install the Windows XP Service Pack 3, that took me about an hour, was a surprise when that message popped up and the installation stopped...

Simplified Software

The implementation of doing taxes was great. The software is simplified and easy to follow. After e-filing and receiving acceptance for both Federal and State taxes, I keep getting the watermark, 'DO NOT FILE, FORM NOT FINAL' on my State, School District and City Tax forms. However, the Federal form is okay .
What's great about it: The software was easier to use this year
What's not so great: Watermark on filed printed forms

Excellent Product

I've been a Turbotax user since 1999. Every year, the program pretty much stays the same. No clunky redesigns (akin to Windows 8), no fluff or fanfare. It does what you need it to do, and does it well.
My only major gripes are if you're in a state where you don't have to file state taxes, it is a bit confusing to tell the software that you don't need to file a state. There should be a simple question "Do you need to file a state tax return?" If you say no, then it skips everything state.
Also, they push a few services. Audit defense, Amazon gift card 10% bonus, and something else I can't remember right now. However, they are easy to just say "no thanks" and you're on your way (no hidden exits).
What's great about it: Ease of use, accurate, saves time
