Not to Shabby

I'm old and sometimes what is needed is not immediately apparent. But I can always back up and make correct selection. It only took me about 3 hours to do every thing and that included digging in the box containing a whole years of unsorted receipts for the one tax report that I missed. Thanks, it used to take 2 days or more.
What's great about it: It worked
What's not so great: Some areas lacked immediate clarity

I count on TurboTax every year to assist me with my taxes. I'm not an expert on this field and it's so easy to make mistakes, but this software makes sure all is crystal clear at a very low cost! For some reason I don't trust much many people doing taxes and the odds of running into someone unskilled for this task of taking care of my taxes (that's me), thus I do like Turbotax. Thank you for your help at this low low cost...!
What's great about it: TurboTax guides me through every step in a very simple (understandable) manner
What's not so great: No cons

Handling Home Offices was Simple

This is the third year doing my taxes with Turbo Tax. Doing my taxes was a breeze in spite of having home offices for both my wife and myself. The step-by-step instructions were very easy to follow.
What's great about it: Very easy to use and move around the screens
What's not so great: Nothing - easy product to use!

Some problems

When I tried to enter Credit Card to email state return my computer crashed twice, so I had to select the deduction from my refund to email return. First time I ever had a crash on my computer. You need to fix that!!!

I know I have been using turbo tax for at least 10 years. Have no desire to try any of your competitors
What's great about it: downloads 2013 data in to 2014 info so I don't forget anything
What's not so great: no Cons

I have used Turbo Tax for about 5 years and never have a problem with it. I noted the bad press about the hackers, but you run into that with any electronics these days.
I actually owe taxes this year so if they would like to hack mine and pay my tax bill, that would be great.
Thanks for a product that's user friendly enough for an elderly retired Grandmother to use.

2014 Taxes

What's great about it: Good support, deduction options are clearly explained.
What's not so great: Had trouble finding 2013 TAX file to import as base info for this year.
