It is very easy to understand and guides you through each step. The help info is very detailed and answered all my questions. I really like the review. Have been using them for several years now for both my business and personal.

no problems other than it wouldn't download to chrome
What's great about it: all good
What's not so great: downloading was a pain
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

failure to file

don't recommend purchasing this again. We e-filed jointly last year and this past Jan was sent a note from the IRS about not filing our 2013 taxes.
What's great about it: none really

U Do It right

I've been using turbo tax for years (as long as its been sold). I will not switch brands.
What's great about it: walks you throught the process. you can up grade (on line) to a different Turbo Tax version if you need to
What's not so great: a little dificult to skip some sections
Pros: I bought or sold investments

Horrid User Interface for Vision Disabiled

With my vision disability the colors (light blue) and font size makes it hard for me to read the forms. Text within the buttons sometimes overflows the button graphic.
What's great about it: Zooming text works grate, text does not flow off the page it wraps.
What's not so great: With a vision disabliity the display colors, font size and buttons are a problem
