Too Easy, I hope I don't get audited!

Even with the new additions to our tax year AND the new additions of the AHCA, TurboTax is on it and walks me through step by step. It makes filing taxes so easy... hopefully not TOO easy that I get audited... But, I even love at the end when it shows you your audit risk. I always worry that I've made stupid mistakes and I out-stupided TurboTax, but, I've been using it for 15 years now and all is well, so... Yay for how Easy TurboTax is.
What's great about it: easy, just... easy
What's not so great: Took a LONG time to download this year, switching back to CD format

Turbo Tax made my return simple, fast and convenient. I feel more confident using Turbo Tax and I do so every year. Keep up the good work and helping average Americans do their tax returns every year.
What's great about it: Fast and easy
What's not so great: None!
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

Sooo Very Helpful

Turbo Tax was easy to use and helpful when I did not understand something. The only thing was when there was an error I had to go through the entire step once I found it. I have used Turbo Tax before and each time it seems easier. Recommend it to my friends every tax season.
What's great about it: Ease of preperation
What's not so great: Have to go through everything when there is an error

Unhappy with State Tax area

I have used Turbo Tax for the past 13 years and have always been happy with it. While trying to do my taxes late last night, I encountered several glitches. Something was wrong with the system last night as it didn't ask me all the questions it did today when it finally let me e-file. My main problem was regarding the State Tax area. While I understand Turbo Tax cannot put in every state's specific tax laws/guides/etc., my problem was with the fact that after I answered a question regarding a charitable contribution erroneously, Turbo Tax would not let me go back and change it. I ended up having to go to the forms and delete a charity and the donation amount and even then, when It was checked for errors before filing, it wanted me to input a charity name and address when there was nothing that needed to be input. I ended up putting N/A for the charity name and address and $0.00 as the donation amount. Very frustrating and time consuming!
What's great about it: Federal tax area was generally quick, informative, and easy.
What's not so great: State tax area is vague and did not let me go back to a question answered erroneously.

What's not so great: When an error showed up before filing that required a change to a wks, there were no instruction on how to fix this erro
