My refund is done due to Turbo tax

turbo tax took the stress of my last minute tax preparation of my tax return. It was easy to navigate; I loved how it walks you through pertinent areas which needs attention. I have used turbo tax for years and have thoroughly enjoyed it. I would recommend to everyone.
What's great about it: easy to navigate and liked the walk through

I really love using this software, I just wish it would be a little cheaper.
What's great about it: Ease of use
What's not so great: STILL waiting to find one other than the price is a little up there.
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion), I bought or sold investments

What's great about it: It easy to use Turbo Tax
What's not so great: I wish that Turbo Tax would have some way of retrieving tax forms from previous years since my computer crashed

Almost a Breeze

Easy to setup on computer. Easy to navigate to input data and review. Easy to start and stop. Easy to E-file, maybe that's what the E stands for in E-file. Easy to save or print.
What's great about it: Easy to input data and information, very good at checking and double checking information and forms.
What's not so great: Sometimes harder to find more information at specific points on forms.

I liked the program, but did not like having to pay for the state return when the packaged stated it included the state return -

it is becoming so structure that it is not user friendly. Just to print the file was about 5 pages....also previous versions allowed me to modify the tax return if I messed up or the software messed up (no longer possible) why? make it easy like in past years

What's great about it: Thorough asks a lot of questions and made me think, State included
What's not so great: Hard to print a paper copy, slow very slow
