So Easy to Do!

It was so easy to use, asked questions for about everything, except donations. This one missed listing Church in the examples. But it was not hard to figure out where to put it, along with similar donations.
What's great about it: Very easy to use, ask you every step.
What's not so great: Didn't have a place specific for Church donations, expected to actually see "Church" in one of them.

Another Great Year of Easy Filing!

I have been a TurboTax user for years and each year it gets easier and easier to go through the filing process. They have simplified instructions and as always have a visually appealing product that makes it easy on the eyes.
What's great about it: Simple instructions and guidance throughout the whole process
What's not so great: Debate with pricing and options
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

What's great about it: Guided walkthrough great. Once you've used previously, can just select areas that you know you need to address.
What's not so great: The filing process was terrible this year. All having to do with the required IE setting. Why isn't this info in the UI?

Turbo Tax Rules the Roost

I have used TT for atleast 10 years and have never had any problems at all. The ease it is to use is amasing. The confidence I have in completing my own taxes and knowing it was done correctly can only be from Turbo Tax.
What's great about it: Ease of filing your taxes
What's not so great: the location of the presidential donation screen.
