Turbo So Easy

Turbo Tax is and has been an easy way to do my taxes. The prompts and questions make it easy to sort-out and enter the corrects information. I have had trouble finding the right place to enter info for Form 1099...Did I miss that as basic information up-front when I was entering W2 info? Otherwise, all was quite easy to perform.
What's great about it: Easy questions and prompts
What's not so great: I had to go back for incomes on Form 1099

I have used Turbo Tax for years. It is an excellent way to do taxes.
What's great about it: Easy to use
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

So-so

Seems like the product isn't as user friendly as many past years. Surprised it did not update from previous year info; using pdf format for printing was not helpful, thus had to send state via email and got charged $30 more than planned. Not happy with that.
What's great about it: entry info is easy
What's not so great: didn't update from last year and only prints in pdf

2014 program has a printer glitch

What's not so great: 2014 program would not let me save to pdf and would not let me print, it would totally shut down the program,

It was pretty well explained. I just always second guess myself. Always need a back up for checking my work.

More guidance needed

Would suggest you incorporate more computer guides in the text, or a help button that would allow some standard Q&A.
What's great about it: TT guides one through the process efficiently and swiftly
What's not so great: Each year new computer handling problems crop up that demand some reconfiguring

ERROR CONTROL

I love Turbo Tax. My e-file was rejected and I was so confused. I kept reading the information and Turbo pointed out exactly what the problem was. I just had to read it the 3rd time! Thank you!
