Anyone can do it

I've always used turbo tax, for 10 years now. I decided to try a tax return service this year to see if there is any benefit. A the end of their process my tax return seemed lower than expected. Instead of completing my taxes with this service I decided to get TurboTax. My federal and state tax return was much more with TurboTax. I was told that I should use the standard deduction instead of itemizing. Turns out my itemized did exceed the standard. My point is: Turbotax allows you to put in all you tax info and tells you what to do based on everything. Your in control.
What's great about it: easy, fast, simple

EASY TO FOLLOW THE STEP BY STEP INSTRUCTIONS. YOU DON'T HAVE TO BE A TAX PRO IN ORDER TO USE TURBO TAX. IT IS VERY USER FRIENDLY AND VERY HELPFUL.

Great Program

I have been using Turbo Tax for 20 years and I find the program easy to use and all the directions the programs give you to work with gets you thru all sections of the tax program. I recommend it to anyone who wants to do their own taxes.

Quick and easy

Turbo tax is much easier than having some one prepare your taxes or filling out form after form. All the forms you need are built in and a the easy step by step instructions are a blessing. I have used turbo tax the past four years and won't vary on how I file. Thank you turbo tax.

It was quick and easy, however I can't go back and check my city tax refund. I have to go ask someone how to do it.
What's great about it: Good Refund
What's not so great: Couldn't go back and check my City
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

Overall, very good and efile is handy.
What's great about it: Through, asks questions, comprehensive
What's not so great: Constantly trying to sell. Local stores offered same for much less than I was charged as an auto renew customer
