It is easy to do but it takes time

I've used Intuit/TurboTax over 20 years. I used it even after I became a Realtor. It made the "tax" process easy, less stressful and I was confident I would be protected if I had an audit. The software walks you thru each step with questions that are easily understood & if you entered info that triggered flags it would walk you back thru the process so you could correct issues. No, it doesn't prevent fraud totally, but if you use the software as it was intended & never make changes on the forms only in the "Step-by-Step" process it works extremely well. Never had any audits & I will use it for many years to come.
What's great about it: Detailed, simple, safe walks you thru every issue
What's not so great: Not found one yet, I'll lt you know

Great Product!

I have been using TurboTax Deluxe for several years now and it gets better each year. I started using it when I was able to fill out the 1040EZ form. When I bought my first house I was hesitant to use it for itemizing, but a friend used it for his family's taxes and told me I would have no problem. He was right. I used it one year when I donated computer equipment to a local charity. I found it easy to look up and find just what information I need to claim the donation.
What's great about it: Easy to use helpful information
What's not so great: Unable to download information from my bank
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

I would suggest tubro tax to anyone that wants to do their taxes from beginners to experts. Tubro Tax makes it simple for any and everyone!
What's great about it: I always get the maximum refund!!
What's not so great: The cost went up a little from previous years.

Peaceful Solution

This product provided peace of mind that all items were covered. I was able to select more information to learn about the question and feel confident that I did not need to answer it. I feel secure that my return is complete, accurate, and secure.
The only suggestion is to have a confirmation box for the bank account information to make sure it is accurate.
What's great about it: This was easy to follow and quick to complete

First time in 26 yrs. doing my own preparation. Your program was recommended by so many friends and relatives that have used it for years with success that I had to give it a whirl. Turbo Tax did not disappoint. E-Z to do and to e-file. Not thrilled with the fee for the State return, as a "return" I was "not" receiving. I did decide to e-file for the convenience in the end. I would have saved a bit of time reading about certain deductions, like medical, if the limits were noted at the start of requirements. Minor con. 2nd time round will be faster for this amateur.
What's great about it: Easy to follow.
What's not so great: Would prefer limits for deductions noted at the top of guide to save time on those that will not be eligable.
