Wouldn't be without Turbo Tax !

I have used Turbo-Tax for years now and have never had any concerns with the accuracy of my returns. Ease of use, concise and confidence in knowing my taxes have been prepared properly.

Great program, easy to use and made doing taxes much less stressful!
What's great about it: Easy to use, easy to understand, nice to have all the forms within arms reach, paperless options
What's not so great: Would like to see more info for freelance artists

Whew! Did it again with TurboTax!

We've used TurboTax for over ten years; it's easy to use and we've never had any issues with it. My only complaint with the 2014 version is that when I wanted to return to a previous item in a section (such as EIN for child care provider#, I couldn't immediately go there directly, but had to walk through the previous steps. #I don't think this has changed from the previous years, and it's not a huge gripe, but I'd like to see it fixed.)
What's great about it: Easy to use
What's not so great: Navigation could have been easier
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

I much appreciated the electronic review. Software that is well constructed does not make you feel like an idiot even when you are struggling to begin comprehending things like IRS code.
What's great about it: Thorough journey through everything
What's not so great: Wish that I didn't owe, but not TurboTax's fault

Once I got thru to a person,Erin and Chuck were more than helpful----THEY WERE PERSONABLE! I have used Turbotax for many years in the past, but no more.
What's great about it: easy to use
What's not so great: two hour plus hold on help line

I have used Turbo Tax since their inception and have always felt that it was accurate and easy to use.
What's great about it: Easy to move around with clear explanations
What's not so great: State taxes did not provide enough detail

Makes Tax Time Less Stressful!

Overall Turbo Tax is always a great experience - it's why I've used it for more than 15 years. But I still have that hesitancy when a new situation is introduced in a tax year. 1st year we had to deal with a 1099-MISC and had to do a lot of extra research to figure out why certain forms were needed. But all turned out good.
What's great about it: So easy to use as always...
What's not so great: Sometimes new situations need to be explained more
