Couldn't ask for a better, easier software. A ten out of ten.
What's great about it: easiest software ever
What's not so great: none
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

Why go anywhere else?

I have tried other software and they just don't compare to Turbo Tax. So why pay hundreds to others when you can do it yourself with the aid of Turbo Tax??
What's great about it: Easy
What's not so great: None

Another good year

I have been using Turbo Tax for over 20 years to prepare my families taxes. I have always been very satisfied with the product offerings and prices. This year was the first year I was unsatisfied. I purchased the same product as last year expecting it to provide the same features as last year. it did not and that has reset my expectations for next year. if changes are to be made which reduce or eliminate features, it should be clearly stated on the box or download site. I will look real close next year.
What's great about it: Leads you, easy to use, comprehensive
What's not so great: Package name same but features different

With the easy layout, questions, double checks… I couldn't have been more at ease! knowing where i rate in terms to an audit was also a great reassurance, in knowing I picked the right program and doubled what I was got doing them myself!
What's great about it: Never have a tired something so easy for taxes in the past! Where have you been all of my life!

continue to put out a great product. used to prepare taxes for Block and your software is better. Might consider putting out a retiree edition (no W-2s)

I recommend turbo tax to every one I meet and asks me how I file my taxes. The program gets my recommendation. Turbo tax also keep up with the latest updates.
What's great about it: I find the program easy to follow and the difficulties are eliminated
What's not so great: I find nothing to complain about the program is meticulously accurate
