Taxes made simple

I have had no issue's filing taxes using Turbo tax until this year. I ran into a script error that seems to be an issue that others are having. I was still able to file tax.
What's great about it: Import prior year data and current employer data

Easy tax

I have used Turbo tax since I can't remember when. I must have started to use turbotax since the last 80s, or early 90s. It has been more than 20 years for sure.. I have always trusted and felt confident filing using this software. I will continue to do so. The refunds and payments have always been quick and without any mistake.
What's great about it: friendly and simple interface

Bummed!

TurboTax has been very helpful for the last several years when we had a rental property. We sold that in 2013, and TurboTax walked us right through what we needed when filing taxes last year. I always feel confident using TurboTax.
It's really nice to see the progress along the way, as the amount owed decreases and finally becomes a refund that keeps increasing.
What's great about it: Very helpful, comprehensive
What's not so great: None
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

OK, Opportunities For Improvement

the back button needs improving. it doesn't work they way I would like it to work. I want to use the back button to go back a page but I wish there is a "next" button or where I left off.

I have used for several years and paid more this year than ever may look at another company! had to pay for program then had to pay for state program and then efile charge. You should be able to efile for free if you pay for the state program!
