Overall great rating to Turbo tax. I have used this program for years, and I love the feature that lets you see how well you are doing. ie. audit projections. Since I do not know much about why people get audited it is good to know I have a low potential.
What's great about it: Made what could have been a difficult task easy.
What's not so great: On the review areas it is somewhat difficult to see what you are referring to. Like why did I need to check a box yes/no

Turbotax 2014 Revew

My cash income, deductions etc. were straightforward, but I was worried about the things my house cleaner donated to charity. There was a very useful tool which gave the upper and lower parameters for the household items donated. Also, this seems to be the first year that the IRS is gathering Obamacare information that they don't really need but you have to provide it. Turbotax was helpful in aiming you to the source of the information which I was able to use. In the process, I found out I could get my insurance reimbursement forms online rather than in the mail like I have for years. That was a bonus.
What's great about it: Extensive coverage of my donation situation
What's not so great: Not having all the features in January, but that was government's fault.
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

Looking at retirement

Did a simple return this year, Last year was much more complicated, could not do as much this year without upgrading
What's great about it: Easy to move around in the program
What's not so great: Wants you to upgrade

Do to spouse being in the military we had to split resident states for our tax return.
