Care free preparation

I also appreciate that there is a quick link to tax preparation definitions if you have a question about any area of qualification.
What's great about it: I like the way Turbo Tax guides you through each step and then double checks to make sure you didn't forget anything.

OK for efiling, not so much for paper filing

The usual tax software, making it easier to fill out the forms. Chose to e-file Federal but mail in payment. Easy process to follow.
Chose to paper file my State Return and it was difficult to print out the appropriate paperwork to do so. The help questions were helpful here, but the process was not intuitive. To print the page that had the filing instructions was even more difficult. Following the directions in the Help just plain didn't work. The copy that it would print and the copy that it saved to a pdf were different. I had to find the mailing address on the saved pdf. Very strange.
One other thing that confused me was the calculations of the 2015 W-4 forms. This seemed like it should be optional and not necessary to file.
What's great about it: Same, usual questionairre and imports previous year's taxes
What's not so great: Getting more difficult to paper file, especially State

Great Product

After using Turbo Tax for several years, last year I decided to try the H&R Block second look and they couldn't find anything more than I did with TT.
What's great about it: Easy to use
What's not so great: Can be time consuming

Loved Turbo Tax 2014

After filling out the File Return portion (how do I want to file: E-File or mail return, etc.), I wanted to see my response to the last page I'd worked on. When I hit the Back button, the program took me back to the beginning of the section and I had to fill it out all over again. I'd think the Back button would mean "take me back one page."
What's great about it: Easy to use and understand. Very intuitive.
What's not so great: The beginning of the File Return is aggravating.
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

Great, easy, quick and painless process for those of us who still have relatively easy taxes to do but don't want to do them ourselves.

What's not so great: Never Certain I have no audit problems
