over all it seemed easy. some of the forms and questions needed a better or more detailed explanation with more examples of how to answer.
What's great about it: mostly easy
What's not so great: did not accept some info , did not explain why
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

The program is very helpful. You should be able to only have to do your federal taxes and not include state. It just stinks that they make you pay for state returns
What's great about it: Easy to file federal returns
What's not so great: That you have to pay to file state returns :(

Was very easy to use and easy to go back if something was missed. Liked the review pages to check. Call staff was great when system couldn't process payment for state return. Stayed on the call until return was fully accepted.

Hurrray I owe no taxes

Turbo tax appears to get easier every year. The progeam is fast, it takes alot of info from previous return thefore less typing needed love this program have been using it for years and the program seems to get better evey year.
What's great about it: Simple,fast and self explanitory
What's not so great: Paying for state return is like paying twice.

Gets better every year

I’ve used Turbo tax for many years and I’m never disappointed with this product. I’ve always felt that my tax payments or refunds are in line with what I expect to pay each year. The format and ease of use improve every time I use Turbo Tax. I’m a lifelong fan.
