Simple, Easy, Reliable

In spite of what the adds for one of the tax services claim, I have more that received my money's worth. I have never been worried about leaving my millions behind. I have always received what I firmly believed were the maximum refund allowable by law. The program is easy to use and covers all of the possible ways to save on taxes. But most important is that the program is trustworthy which more that I want to say about some of the other tax services.
What's great about it: Used this product for longer than I remember successfully

Love Turbo Tax

Turbo Tax is so easy to use for even the most complex tax situations. We moved halfway through the year with one job transfer and one new job both into a new state, with moving expenses, partial income in each state across multiple employers. Trying to do this on forms would take months to figure out. Paying someone would cost hundreds. And we tried an accounting firm in NYC the past two years and they even forgot to send the e-file last year. It was a disaster because they caused us to file late. With Turbo Tax its so much cleaner and you know right away the second the e-file is accepted from the IRS and your state. Turbo Tax saved us a ton of time and money.
What's great about it: Very easy and user-friendly software
What's not so great: Couldn't download my W-2
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion), I moved

2014 Taxes

I found the experience less stressful than the anticipation of starting them. The software is extremely user friendly, easy to navigate and guides one through the process. As long as there is a requirement to file annually I will continue to use Turbo Tax.

Easy to Use

I have been using Turbo Tax for about 5 years. I find it easy to use and file electronically. It is also easy to save/print a copy so I always have one available should I need it. I would recommend Turbo Tax to anyone who prefers doing their own taxes.
What's great about it: very easy to follow directions, has useful hints and explanations through out the program.
What's not so great: paying to file state return
