What's great about it: i liked the streamlined process
What's not so great: it was a bummer i owed state taxes but what are you gonna do....

I was with Turbo Tax before Intuit bought them out. Nothing else compares. I tried your competitors just to see if they offered anything better and as of last year, they don't!
What's great about it: everything except filing...
What's not so great: I want to e-file one and snail mail the other but am not allowed...

Using TurboTax saves time and money. We have used it over the past 8 years and it has not failed us.

I really liked most aspects of Turbo Tax. It was easy to read and understand. The 2 changes i would make would be:
1. The "Add a Charity" button is at the bottom of the page, which is ok if you only have a few to list. But if you have quite a few, the button keeps getting buried so you have to scroll down every time you add another one.
2. Once you add all of your charities on your Individual Filing Separately return, this should fill into your Joint Filing return for easy comparison.

Pleased but wondering about Deluxe changes

I've stayed with TurboTax through the years, but the changes in the Deluxe package (removing investment income) and initially wanting to charge more to upgrade to the version that now includes investment income made me think for the first time about whether to continue using TurboTax in the future. Is your decision to change this policy for 2014 returns going to remain for future years, or do I need to anticipate higher-than-expected costs for the software?
What's great about it: Easy, thorough
What's not so great: Removal of investments from Deluxe version

great product - 5th year in a row which I've used turbo tax - makes doing your taxes very easy.
What's great about it: very easy to use - walk you thru every step to get it right
What's not so great: difficult to download program
