Simple.

Software seems to get better each year. With step by step instructions and detail links, doing my taxes is a breeze. I seem to procrastinate every year, but with Turbo Tax, I can easily handle all my taxes in just a few hours. Only problem was the TurboTax Updater. It failed to connect several times, but finally processed.
What's great about it: Great Walk Thru Steps.
What's not so great: Updates were hard to access.

There is a reason that Turbo Tax is #1.
It is dead easy to use for most common tax needs.
It is accurate.

Easy to Use

What's great about it: TurboTax leads you through step by step. There are pop-up help boxes every step of the way.
What's not so great: It's taxes. It's convoluted at best. Sometimes the help boxes left me cold, still with questions.

I have been using TurboTax for years. I feel like I am saving money in the long run.
What's great about it: Makes doing taxes very easy.
What's not so great: Don't have any.

Was expecting problems based on reviews. None...
What's great about it: Used it many times. Not many changes over the years
What's not so great: Had trouble understanding the Gambling losses and where they showed up.
Pros: I bought or sold investments
