Quick and Easy

Easily finished my taxes by importing my info from last year. All I had to do was update a couple inputs and I was done.

I recommend Turbo tax to all Tax payers- I used Tax cut once and it was a Mess- hard to get through with Turbo Tax it is step by step and they will not let you Do anything until the forms are complete and correct awesome to use-
What's great about it: I will use turbo tax as long as I have to file taxes-
What's not so great: not a problem- easy to use
Pros: I moved, My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

Fine product. I especially like the review of previous years. Has problem with internet purchase glitch on state.
What's great about it: Easy to follow pages.
What's not so great: Ohio return couldn't put in amount purchased online. Although the one window suggested you could.

I love doing my taxes myself Turbo Tax makes it simple. Easy to understand and if you don't understand they will help you.

#1. I use a PO Box for all my mail, so when asked for my address (how can the IRS contact you) I put down the PO Box. But then the forms did not have my actual physical address on them.There should be some explanation about the difference between ADDRESS, and where you receive mail.
#2. The program kept wanting me to e-file, even though it was past the time for e-filing. this happened for the federal return, then I went through the same process for the state return, directing me off-site before I was told it was too late to e-file.

What's great about it: Good pprogram, easy to use, link to actual forms. Have ussed TurboTax for years.

This Years Tax Experience

The program itself was easy to install and use. There was nothing ambiguous about the terminology or the questions and what they were asking. I took the handholding approach it offered as I usually do because of the nature of doing taxes and not wanting to rely on memory or past experience. This proved to be a very nice experience, especially when your getting money back!
What's great about it: Easy to install setup and use
What's not so great: Nothing that I can complain about

Taxes done faster and eazy

I have used Turbo Tax for the last several years and compared to other tax software, ranks on top of the list for being easy to use and getting the largest refund.
It's like turbo tax is always looking over my shoulder when working on my taxes to make sure I am doing it correctly.
If there is a mistake the review finds and helps me correct it.
