What's great about it: Speed and accuracy. interactive and comparison of last year versus current
What's not so great: Didn't provide heads up on standard deduction, would have saved me time collecting.

Turbo Tax is easy to use. I did my taxes the night before tax day. I would recommend for others to use.
What's great about it: easy to follow directions

Terrific Tax Time

Turbo Tax is a great product. It provides the trust and assurance that your taxes are correct and double-checked. The step by step format is great, and I like that you can "jump" out of it if you so desire.
What's great about it: Walked me through all the options for everything. Quickly provides information and answers all my questions.
What's not so great: A little concerned about the inital changes to versions, requiring upgrades to perform previously accepted events.

Easy to Follow

I have used TurboTax for many years to file my return. The interview process makes it easy to ensure you review everything you need to make sure you don't miss any deductions. I also like the ability to go back to specific sections so if you need to update something you don't have to run through the entire process.
What's great about it: Interview process is helpful in guiding you through the entire process.

Disappointed

Things were going fine until I needed to add some investments items that I have every year. Now I am forced to upgrade to Premier to get what I used to have in Deluxe. I have always been happy with Turbo Tax but it may be time to start looking for a cheaper alternative.
What's great about it: Walks you through everything.
What's not so great: Forced to upgrade to Premier

Easy peasy done!

Been using this format for years and have learned my way around it without an issue. Makes doing taxes painless.
What's great about it: It gives you a choice on how you want to do your taxes.
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)
