Frustrated at the End

The audit defense problem ruined my overall experience. It kept putting me into a loop and then would falsely read or project information which caused more problems.
What's great about it: Overall easy to use
What's not so great: Audit Defense purchase did not work and caused a myriad of problems.

Good improvement over 2013. Question and answer system was much easier to work with than in past years. Last year's issue with foreign tax credit thankfully had been cleared up. Don't understand why previous year's information didn't transfer completely as it has in prior years, but was only glitch experienced.

I love Turbo Tax!

I use Turbo Tax almost every year and am very pleased. I work in public relations, and math and calculations aren't exactly my strength---so I am glad I can trust Turbo Tax to ask the right questions and find the biggest tax refunds for me. Unlike other programs that slap an ugly "DRAFT" over the forms you save on your computer, Turbo Tax keeps them clean so if you need to print them for any reason, they look good.
What's great about it: Very easy to use.
What's not so great: There was nothing I didn't like.

Another easy year filing my taxes with Turbo Tax.

As always the pain of filing and paying taxes was made much easier with Turbo Tax. I was able to complete both my federal and state taxes, as well as my daughter's within several hours. The explanations and helpful hints were easy to follow and understand. The ease of downloading W-2s was extremely helpful as well as the prompts looking at last years information.
I experienced one small issue. I accidentally inserted a form I meant to use on my daughter's taxes and had trouble deleting this form. I was able to find the form view which allowed me identify the unnecessary form and delete.
A big thank you to Turbo Tax!
What's great about it: Ease of navigating through the many fields.
What's not so great: Only one issue; I accidentially inserted a form I did not intend to and it took some time to correct.
