Just be wary of removing features and changing what is in the versions of the products. When you have a strong base of customers, they'll be loyal to you if you do the same. I'm glad you all rescinded from what you did when you initially made the software available. As you could tell, the majority of your customers did not like it.
What's great about it: Easy to follow.
What's not so great: Features

I was charged for a state return whereas it was supposed to be free. I will not be purchasing this product next year because of this.
What's not so great: charged for my state filing

Really like that turbo tax transfers info from year to year. It helps when I am guided through the whole process.
What's great about it: Love that Turbo Tax transfers last year's return info into new form; don't have to do math by hand

Good but...

As always seems to be a good product making taxes easy to follow. Once paper work is gathered only about 2.5 hours to complete taxes. Would have taken less time but deductions related to job expenses were a bit confusing. I have 2 jobs and both have expenses. During the course of preparing I found myself doubting expenses.
What's great about it: Easy to install and maintain
What's not so great: Order seemed to confuse me this year

Did not secure 2013 tax information from last year's Turbotax filing. Directed me to file for an IRA even though my AGI made me ineligible for a tax reduction
What's not so great: detailed medical data unnecessary

So Easy A Child Could Use It

This software is so easy to use. It was great knowing exactly what information I needed and could take a break whenever necessary. No phone tag with an accountant or extra trips to the office to take papers I forgot to take on the initial visit.
What's great about it: Cost about $200 dollars less than I usually pay someone else
What's not so great: I still ended up paying again this year

Turbo Tax is Slipping

Filing state returns WAY TOO EXPENSIVE! State returns messed up in January. Too many additional up-sale items. Quicken "Gift" not helpful. Just up-sale again and again.
What's great about it: Somewhat helpful.
What's not so great: No place to ask questions about tax changes in April.

Last Minute filing - Use Online if possible

I had multiple issues using the download deluxe product. All of them had to do with secure connection to the turbotax site to process payment. It seems like turbotax ddesktop version uses the internet explorer settings to connect and it doesnt mention it anywhere. FInally figured it out the hard way after spending about an hour with support on the phone.
I will use the online version next year
What's great about it: Finally filed, helpful support
What's not so great: Need Better error pages
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion), I moved
