Decent SW, but murkier than years past

Great way to accomplish what is a fundamentally unpleasant task. Still too expensive.
What's great about it: Logic, speed
What's not so great: flows from page to page less than usually intuitive

Excellent step-by-step interview

I have used Turbo Tax every year beginning in 1992! I am totally sold on their product and it has saved me very much time and money over the past 23 years!!!
What's great about it: Easy to switch between interview and forms

Improvement ??

Improvement ?? I think it would be nice if we could enter medical expenses etc in a fashion similar to charitable deductions so we would have an itemized record of expenses so if we lost our records for tax year we would have an itemized list of doctors, hospital expense, etc that we could use to track down copies of statements / bills in case of an audit and we had lost our records ie fire/ hurricane etc.
What's great about it: I like TT and have used it for many years

Could use a tweaking

There are a lot of features that I liked but more than 2 state returns can be a little frustrating because there no explanation on how to do that.
What's great about it: That information from Federal return is imported to state returns
What's not so great: There needs to be an easier way to add W-2 INFORMATION for a third or fourth state to the Federal return

Refund at Last!

I've used Turbo Tax for several years and I find it to be very helpful. It is like having your own personal Tax Consultant in your home. Explanations were clear and precise. Love Turbo Tax and would recommend it to my friends.
What's great about it: User friendly with helpful tips.
What's not so great: none
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

What's not so great: too many questions that I have to answer or check and printing does not allow just the forms to be mailed

Another great Turbo Tax experience

I'm a long time Turbo Tax user. I like the ease of use.
What's great about it: Step by step, easy to install, easy to use, great help / customer service
What's not so great: Can't think of one
