TT is extraordinarily easy to use. I love the ability to download data from bank/employer provided forms. I love the audit risk review.

I have been using Turbo Tax for many years and each year it gets easier and easier. I didn't think that would be possible but somehow they make improvements.

Makes filing the taxes a little less painful. Have used it for years and do not see filing my taxes any other way in the future.
What's great about it: Almost mistake proof if you have all your papers in order
What's not so great: None
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion), I bought or sold investments

What's great about it: I could refile after I made a SSN typo.

Done Deal!!

Overall, I liked using Turbo Tax. It thinks for you, does the calculating which prevents math errors and hopefully ensures my privacy by not allowing access to my personal information.
What's great about it: It does all the calculating for you.
What's not so great: The constant reminder about updating the tax file.

Confused

Had a "carry over" problem with the 2013-14 state ID and with holding that didn't make any sense. There was no carry over so i had to make up something before it would let me file.
What's not so great: This was a big change from years past, went round and round trying to complete some sections and then had a carry over
