Excellent product

I think Turbo Tax is a very good product. I learned to do taxes the "old fashioned" way back in the eighties, before computers and intelligent software. Trust me when I say, Turbo Tax is light years ahead of back then. Some will remember going to the Post Office or Library to pick and choose the "needed" forms and instruction booklets. Copiers and printers were not readily available to the individuals back then.
Accuracy and placement of entered amounts is by far the most useful feature. Covering the bases and asking correct questions is also very helpful.
I have nothing but praise for the product.

I used TurboTax for well over 8 years . I recommend to my children.
Easy to use and understand. Would not use anything else!
I had one Tax return reviewed by a professional Tax preparer. He could not find a single thing that was missed!

Lost & Confused with my Checking Information

Here I am at the end of my 2014 Tax Return and I still can't find where to input my bank routing and account number. Shouldn't this be included in the "Personal Information" section?

Easy to use

Great product, using it for several years and it seems to get easier and take less time. Finished everything in less than an hour!
What's great about it: You can choose your area or let the software guide you
What's not so great: Why check for updates at the begining when you are going to check again at the end

Awesome software

We've been using TurboTax Deluxe for years to file our returns. It's so easy to use and it helps us get done quickly without missing anything! I love the save feature so I can start the return and finish later. I definitely recommend this product to friends!
What's great about it: Easy to use
What's not so great: Don't get one free state file anymore

Used it for years

Turbo Tax is such a time saver. I remember the old days when I would have to take a whole day to go see a tax person to help me file. Now with T.T. just a couple of hours in front of the computer and an ice cold beer. Done.
What's great about it: EASY, EASY. Did I mention it is easy.
What's not so great: none
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

I have used Turbo Tax for as long as I can remember. This year for the first time I was unable to E-file one return and mail the other. So I was forced to pay a third of my state refund to E-file. From now on I'll just mail it every time.
What's not so great: Unable to E-file federal and mail state.
