A breeze to use!

I've used Turbo Tax for many years and trust them to get it right. It is easy to use and reduces a lot of confusion by answering questions and providing brief explanations as you work your way through your return. I wouldn't use anything else.
What's great about it: Easy to understand step-by-step instructions.
What's not so great: Can't skip ahead easily when working in a lengthy section.

The automated calculations make preparing the return ever so much easier and eliminates the risk of math errors. It also facilitates corrections for that last deduction discovered after the bulk of the job is done.
I had a hiccup in the electronic filing process when I could not get the system to bring up the payment screens. However, I attribute that to the general load of people needing attention at the same time.
What's great about it: The automated calculations
What's not so great: Some delays on electronic filing.

I have used TurboTax for many years - probably since it came out for personal tax filing. I have always found to be clear, concise, easy to understand and straight forward. Every year it just seems to get better and easier to use. Thank you.
What's great about it: Always great - the easiest computer program I have ever used!

TurboTax To The Rescue!

I've used TurboTax for several years now and am quite confident that I'm getting the best refund and/or tax situation that I can get. The one problem that I have is the lack of ease being able to get to another tax return that I have saved in the system without having the program exit me out all the way. After saving a current return that I'm working on, there should be a prompt to either exit the TurboTax program or go to another return that may be saved in the system for that particular year.
What's great about it: Easy to follow step-by-step instructions. Thorough.
What's not so great: Navigation between multiple returns in system...exits you out of TurboTax.
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

Taxes made simple with peace of mind

TurboTax walks you through each area of your return. it gently reminds you if you forgot to enter anything and suggests things that you might not have thought of. You finish with a sense of accomplishment and a peace of mind.
What's great about it: TurboxTax is extremely user friendly
What's not so great: I don't find much wrong

Turbo Tax is so easy to use. Turbo Tax asks for information in layman's terms.
What's great about it: Ease of use
What's not so great: Had to fill in information. Lol!!!
