Quick & Easy

Clear and easy to understand, with plenty of explanation if needed. The checks and reviews at the end are very helpful.
I was charged for the state return efile even though I specified that I wanted it to be the free one included with the price.
What's great about it: Quick process and easy to understand.
What's not so great: Charged me for State Filing even though I specified I wanted it to be the "free" filing included in the price.
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion), I moved

Always use Turbo Tax and have for many years. Many things have changed throughout the years effecting my tax return, however, overall it still seemed fairly simple and easy with Turbo Tax.

Cruised thru the tax filings

Am a retired finance person and being that , I usually am asked around tax filing time how I prepare my tax returns. My reply is that I use Turbo Tax. It is nearly impossible to keep abreast with the complexity and changes in the tax code.
What's great about it: Turbo guides

Easy to Use

Using the Turbo Tax program makes filing my tax forms easy. I will use this program again.
What's great about it: Following the guidelines helps you get through the program easily
What's not so great: I tried to reverse sending my state taxes electronically, but could not get out of the program before it was filed.

Super simple and speedy!

What's great about it: quick, easy to navigate, max refund, can save and return to complete later
What's not so great: I got caught up in a loop with the child care deduction - didn't seem clear enough where I could enter the dollar amount

Comprehensive & Thorough

This has been my go-to for many years because it is easy to complete without hours and hours of head scratching detail. It has allowed me to file on time now for many years so I don't have to sit in my car in front of the post office at midnight to meet the deadlline. No more scouting out the post office for forms. I love it.
What's great about it: The Back key is best feature. Allows for re-reads and correction.
What's not so great: Could use more examples to explain what the tax law means and of how it applies in various situations.
