I have used other tax programs in the past but Turbo Tax has them all beat. Easy to use and covers everything. IF your not using this program, then your loosing out.
What's great about it: This program covers every item you might possibly need to file your taxes and they make it so easy to do.
What's not so great: No cons with the program.
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

on the vehicle registration turbo-tax says my state does not deduct then the pop-up clearly says Missouri is a state. There are several contradictions in this software. I just happen to know a enough to question the software
What's great about it: none
What's not so great: This is not easy to understand the pop-ups are not clear

I found the program easy to follow, understand. Has links to the resources necessary to understand what you are doing and why.
What's great about it: Very explicit, step by step
What's not so great: none

Great software

I have been using TurboTax for many years. It is the software that I recommend to all my friends and family. It is so user friendly and it is great that it walks you through every step of the way so that it is easy to use even if it is your first time using it. Overall it is a great product.

Federal Refund was great

I have always loved Turbo tax but may rethink next year due to all the problems with the state return.
What's great about it: was supposed to have free state on the deluxe copy, says it is downloaded but not there so have not been able to do it
