Use Turbo tax for many years

love TurboTax. Have used for many years. So easy to file. Everything is done for you. Topics come up and it jogs your memory to use if deduction applies. Thanks, Jim Hinds

Vender cost and download

Almost 3% of the return cost for a third party vender to process a credit card is absurd. I also have been using TT for years and last years taxes I saved my return in PDF form. When I went to start my taxes this year there was no files to pull into the new years taxes and I had to reenter all my data. Why is this? I always use to get a free state return when purchasing Turbo Tax and it didn't come with one this year. These three reason are enough for me to stop using Turbo Tax. Between the fees and costs I may as well take my 2015 taxes to a tax prepare service and save myself time, frustration and money.

2014 Turbo Tax

All in all, I have been filing my taxes with Turbo Tax for many years and it does tak a lot of burden off the preparation and submittlals
The one thing I worry about is the hacking that occurred earlier. You need to protect our information better.
What's great about it: Really helped with the importing and managing our IRS taxbles.
What's not so great: Was very difficult to fix an error that came over from Its Deductible

Big disappointment

satisfied. This years experience was very frustrating. I ended up mailing both states on 4/14/2015. Hopefully all will be okay.

I love TurboTax! it has increased my refund every year, while filing has gotten easier and easier.
