Great Tax Aid...as usual

I have used Turbo tax for the last 15 years and love the package. While I understand the need to casue people to upgrade, I feel that this year's forcing people to a high price package was a bad marketing move. It has eroded my confidence and i will be open to new products next year. To expect brand loyalty, you have to show customer loyalty; you are not a monopoly.
What's great about it: Interview format makes imput easy and fast!

Refund Dispersal

Section on "Refund Dispersal" did not have an option to "Pay IRS" any amount owed from prior years.
What's great about it: Easy to use
What's not so great: Asked to process State Return, but Florida has NO state income tax and State information was imported.

The program brings all the info from past fillings. Entered all the w-2 for me.
Asked a few questions - Done.
It doesn't get easier than this!
