Easy to use and enter information to complete my taxes, customer service helped me to file as the password and security question the answers I have the system did not want to take this year. THank you for calling me back very quickly too on such a busy day for all of you. :)
What's great about it: Ease of use
What's not so great: this year didn't want to take my password or my security question answer :(

trouble

This is the 5th year I have used TurboTax and this was the hardest program yet. Getting the filing pin and transmitting the e-files was very difficult. The program said I was not connected to the internet, checked - Iwas. Said that my wireless was not connected, checked - it was. I pluged the ethernet cable and the program said the the cable was not connected, checked - it was. Tried for 4 hourss last night and again for 2 hours this morning before I was finally able too transmit my returns.
I will use TurboTax again, but please make it more user friendly.
What's not so great: dificult on some of the sections

I hav use d Turbo Tax for years and it has become increasingly cluttered

I like being able to look back each year and also getting my history printed out so I can compare year to year.
What's great about it: very easy to do, helpful to continue using TT each year
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

Great Except for State Printing

The program carefully walks you through everything with great explanations if you need more information. My only complaint is printing your state return. It's unnecessarily complex and not straight forward.
What's great about it: Guides you through everything. Very thorough.
What's not so great: Printing your state return is ridiculously difficult.

I recommend everyone try Turbo Tax at least once....you will never pay the expensive costs to having them done by a stranger.
What's great about it: very easy to undersatand
