2014 return

If using this program in a state that does not require a return then it's a bonus, to use in a state that requires a return, its a penalty.
Considering a small business start up this year and feel that I will be using a CPA next year.
What's great about it: simple walk throughs,
What's not so great: paying for a single state return
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

The Usual Fast Completion & Filing

Loaded it at 8AM, rolled through the process, completed, filed feds, filed state, and printed a second state for snail mail filing. That's the drawback, only one state efiled. Shut it off at 1PM and went out and played in the dirt. I'm a Master Gardener.
What's great about it: Straight forward and easy.
What's not so great: Can only efile one state

Misleading question

Now my Oklahoma return says I owe them what is due Federal. How do I correct this mess?
What's not so great: When asked how much I was submitting with my return, it did not tell me if it was Oklahoma or Federal.

Very easy to work through

Program prompts and guidelines are very well done, easy to navigate through the process.
What's great about it: The amount of checking and re-checking for accuracy that is built in to the program.
What's not so great: Your filing taxes, what else can you say?

Took my money - didn't file state return

Turbo tax didn't import my data from my previous returns - I've used you for years. You took my money, didn't file my state return. I couldn't get the forms for the sale of my house.
