GREAT FILING!

I've used TurboTax since the 1990's without fail. Everything went smoothly. I even double checked that I did NOT need to file for Alternative Minimum Tax.
Only glitch was when I was at first faced with a large Michigan Tax, which I've never had before. Seems I forgot to check a box somewhere which stated my income was from retirement sources like pension and IRA's! Probably operator error.
What's great about it: CONTAINED ALL INFO, WAS THOROUGH AND QUICK
What's not so great: MISSED SETTING RETIREMENT INCOME AS SUCH ON STATE RETURN

Taxes were complicated this year!

This year I realized that I answered one of the questions wrong last year on Turbo Tax and had to do an amendment. The question for 1099-c Cancellation of debt was very vague and confusing. I had to look at the forms to be more clear and do a lot of research online to make sure I answered it right. I hope the amendment goes through okay and we get money back! Otherwise, Turbo Tax is great for the everyday tax payer.
What's great about it: Turbo tax is very easy to use. Makes taxes much more simple.
What's not so great: Not all questions are clear.

Turbo Tax is an amazing software program. Takes the guess work out of preparing taxes. Easy, simple and efficient.
