Successful filing

Have been using Turbo Tax for several years now because the product and methodology are consistent and predictable. This year, there were several changes initially, so I waited until everything settled down before purchasing the program.
What's great about it: I like the step by step approach and the constant review.
What's not so great: Some of the definitions, such as medical expanses and insurance coverage, should follow IRS definitions

Online payment

Before filing, turbo tax requires you pay to file electronically. When trying to pay electronically an error message appears that you need to save the return first. After clicking OK, an error message appears that the payment has failed.
This is a software problem. This same error occurred when trying to purchase additional state tax options.
I am trying to give you money and your software does not work well enough to take my money. Instead I printed my state returns and filed them FOR FREE. You lost the ability to get more money from me.
What's great about it: Convenience
What's not so great: Inability to process payment

What's not so great: The end is not good as I do not understand why I have to pay again. This is not clear.

2013 Taxes

Liked it very much. Lets me do my taxes in stages and at my own pace. I no more complicated than the questions your human tax preparer would ask. I recommend it to anyone.
